1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Unboxing video is required to verify the product condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories, innerwear, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Customized or altered products cannot be returned.
- Note: Sale/discounted items cannot be returned. They are eligible only for exchange if the product is defective.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Form and email us at Shivrat2025@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Details
- Order Payment Mode
- Delivery Date
- Reason for Return
- Our team will approve the request and guide you through the return process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds & Credit Notes
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
- If the product is not defective and the reason for return is not valid, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund.
- Credit notes are valid for 90 days and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
- Courier charges will be deducted from the refund/credit amount.
- Charges:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: βΉ400 (βΉ200 each side)
- Prepaid Orders: βΉ400 (βΉ200 each side)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method (or via bank transfer/store credit for COD orders).
5. Exchanges
- We currently offer size exchanges (subject to availability).
- If the desired size is not available, you may request a refund or credit note as per our policy.
- Note: Sale/discounted items are only eligible for exchange if the product is defective.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
