Return & Refund Policy

At Shivrat, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • In original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Unboxing video is required to verify the product condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Accessories, innerwear, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or altered products cannot be returned.
  • Note: Sale/discounted items cannot be returned. They are eligible only for exchange if the product is defective.

3. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Form and email us at Shivrat2025@gmail.com with:
    • Your Order Details
    • Order Payment Mode
    • Delivery Date
    • Reason for Return
  • Our team will approve the request and guide you through the return process.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds & Credit Notes
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
  • If the product is not defective and the reason for return is not valid, a credit note will be issued instead of a refund.
  • Credit notes are valid for 90 days and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
  • Courier charges will be deducted from the refund/credit amount.
  • Charges:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: β‚Ή400 (β‚Ή200 each side)
    • Prepaid Orders: β‚Ή400 (β‚Ή200 each side)
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (or via bank transfer/store credit for COD orders).

5. Exchanges
  • We currently offer size exchanges (subject to availability).
  • If the desired size is not available, you may request a refund or credit note as per our policy.
  • Note: Sale/discounted items are only eligible for exchange if the product is defective.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
